About Me

Hello!
I'm Leah Furst, Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving the greater New York and Connecticut area.

I believe in a wholistic, mind, body and spirit approach to mental health and wellness. I am passionate about the healing power of connection and empowering clients to step into the fullest version of themselves.

I provide tele-mental health therapy for adolescents, young adults and adults. I specialize in treating anxiety, major life transitions, relationship issues, grief, and abuse recovery. I want to help you combat the voices of shame and anxiety that inhibit you from living out fullest life and support you in achieving your personal health and wellness goals. I support clients by working within the framework of their value system and helping them tap into their own unique strengths to achieve the change they are seeking.
